She's in an awful pissy mood isn't she!

It's hard to tell from that pic what is going on with little Jade, but if she's rubbing the eye I'm inclined to think something is trapped under the eyelid. Could be skin, could be a little piece of dirt, could be anything really. I'm not seeing any pus, oozing etc. The eyeball is still bulgey...

My suggestion, take your spray bottle and spray that side of her face with hot water. Don't just do a few squirts, but spray for several minutes. You may have to take her out of the cage and put her in a rubbermaid or sink to do this as I know they hate getting misted. Sometimes a bit of extra moisture dislodges the foreign bodies. A trip to the shower will also work. If it's not out after the misting I have held the chameleon and GENTLY rubbed the eye to help further dislodge the ickies. Usually the chameleon will start rubbing the eye across my finger first.

Good luck! Keep me posted.

hmm i can see it from the pic its hard but theres somethign there, not good, looks like dirty, wut do you use??? as subtrate??? just wondering, i cant see skin doing thing, or shedding. What do you have in the cage??? thats really weird, i dont think its gonna come out, looks like its int here for good, but try traces, way, if not i would go to the vet, cause if its in there long enough i believe they become blind, or they get infected, i could be wrong, but it doesnt hurt to bring them there. By the way a very very very good pic, its really hard to get that, keep us posted

Ficus tree eh? Maybe she had rubbed her eye in the sap from the ficus, which you know is an irritant to your chameleons eye. Is this a possibility?

yes that cold have happened but the tree will only releace sap if you say cut it if you do make sure to remove the plant or cover the cut till its all dried up. It is a possibility but i think the shed was the issue but how knows.
