Smile leashes

Does anyone know of any good leashes to buy for a sav? If not, does anyone wish to share tips or instructions on how to make a leash?

first off leashes are a big NO NO. The monitor may sturgle and do the so called "death roll" like movment and it can harm the monitor badly.....

if you still like the "leash" idea, a dog harnest may do. but you need some time to let him get used to it....

I go with a harness on the back legs. Much more sturdy and less liable to harm the monitor. It is just a safety precaution, though -- I keep complete slack unless he makes a run for it. That being said, you won't really need to be worrying about that for at least a few months, since if you force socialization you will only end up with a stressed monitor.

Cheers,
Dave
