My Silkies just arrived!!

I am SO thrilled with Rob's service from silkworms.ca ... amazing job!!

Max loved them (working of his 6th) and i even found 2 little ones for mika and toki!!

1 question to those who have fed them before... i know that 1 is equal to about 10 crix (full grown) but the 1 inch silkies .. how many should i feed max (9 month old panther cham) per day?

Just curious!!

he is about 10 inches vts ... think he can have the large silkies yet??

Whats "vts"? vent to snout? If so, I think that is a little big for a Panther! LOL.

All joking aside, Calypso, and you've seen him in person, can chomp down a 2" silkie with no difficulty. Max, I would suspect could eat a 2" one right now but play it safe and keep on the slightly smaller ones. I'll probably see your little wog-eyed monster this weekend.

i figure he can have all the 1 inchers he wants until my next order .... it wont hurt ... im sure, after re-assessing. that he could indeed get some 2 inchers down ... for now its what he wants and some crixers - LOL

LoL i just fed my guys My male veild eat about 4 each the younger male ate 6 lol he is a pig, my male panther ate 3 and my female veild ate 3 and i cut her off, and my female panther ate 5 but they were not big silks i feed her the small ones...OMG 20 ish silks a day jesh lol ...
