grren anoles!

Green Anoles rule. That's the first thing I can tell you. My roomate had one named Zippy for a whopping 8 years! Here is a pic of Zippy at his best:

As for tips...I'd say get the biggest enclosure you can, because all the anoles I have known use all the room they have....make sure you have a nice basking spot with UV light as well. This is quite important. Good luck

For as simple as an anole is, I really do like them a lot. Lil' green jewels (Green anoles that is). I prefer tall, well 'planted' tanks. This gives them the room they need to jump around in, which you'll find out how jumpy they are soon enough. They like to drink of the sides of the tank and off any plants and items in the tank, so I mist as their water source. I do as well keep a water bowl available. I used dusted crix as their main food source, and sometimes offered different inverts like wax and silks worms.
I would advise against getting more than one male though, as they can be pretty territorial, although sometimes I have had really large tanks with a few males without any problems.
