i honestly have no idea ... my chameleons have been living with air freshiners for a while with nothing going wrong ... i just wouldnt spray it near your chameleons and you should be fine
You shouldn't really spray ANYTHING near your reptiles. When I febreeze my carpet etc the cat can leave the room, but the reptiles are stuck where they are. Just be careful where you spray.
Considering that chameleons have an extremely poor sense of smell, I don't think they care whether you are wearing perfume or not. That being said, they can still inhale aerosols, so don't spray cleansers, air fresheners and the like around your chameleon just to be on the safe side.
