Freakin US does NOT suck! We've got more freedom here than any country! What's wrong with Kansas? It's got plenty of flat grazing land for horses? That's all I saw when I went to Kansas! Just wide open nothing with farms as far as the eye could see. Even saw a couple tornadoes while i was there.

Is that you driving that team?

Your neighborhood looks nice, gotta love where you live, no matter where it is.

Sheila inherited a pair of percherons, I can't wait to post pictures of us with them out on the backroads. She says she will teach me how to drive them, that should make for some good video.

Driving the horses?
No way! I know nothing about horses; other then they look twice my weight and don’t seem to be related to Varanids, I tot a cowboy hat was to hide your embarrassment for not owning a car? (You know tilt your head hid your face, hi-dee!
My apologies to every cow boy! I was raised in the city

Steeve, looks like a nice relaxed place to live. I can't wait to move into my place in the country.

As for the whole whether the usa sucks or not, I don't know, but I wouldn't want to live there, I know I've got it too good in Canada. I'd have to say Canada has more freedoms. Right now the moral right and the liberal left are eroding the USA's freedoms from both ends. The right are the thought police and the left are trying to protect you from yourself. Don't think so? Look how kids are no longer allowed to play dodge ball or cops and robbers (cowboys and Indians wen't out when politicaly correctness came in). Children in jr kindergarten and older are suspended or expelled for drawing guns or making the shape of a gun with their fingers. A++ students are expelled for having a plastic knife to cut their food at lunch. The USA has become the land of zero tolerance. Zero Tolerance equals no freedom. The government is now able to spy on your conversations and internet traffic/email.

I have temporarily lived in over 10 different States in the past few years. The US is a nice place to visit but I would NEVER voluntarily call it home. Canada is my home and always will be, there's no place I'd rather be and I have lived in many places.

Looks like a very nice place you live in there Steve!

Here in Victoria, we have horse drawn carriages downtown too... mostly for tourists who want to go sightseeing, but it's still pretty cool

USA has WAY more freedoms than Canada! Hell, California just legalized sodomy... zero tolerance is a bunch of BS. Yeah, you can't make jokes at air ports about carryin knives or guns. Look what happened to the US to make it like that though. Cowards crashed into the twin towers in New York, that put the whole US in a hightend state of alertness. Tell me where kids can't play cops or robbers, or cowboy and indians. Children are expelled for making threatening gestures cause it's against the law, it's called assault. Doesn't matter if the child is smart or below level intelligence. Here is the way I look at it. The more freedom you have, the less safe you are, and the more safe you are, the less freedoms you have. I am probably on the wrong forum to say that I love the USA, but that is how I feel and no one can change that. If I had ZERO FREEDOM, which you say I have, I wouldn't be able to write this right now, I wouldn't be able to have a choice on who I vote for for President or any other election. Don't tell me I don't have any freedom, cause it's obvious that I do! LONG LIVE USA!!!!!!!!!!
