Tammy - is it still so that we cannot set-up until Saturday morning before the show?

Yes, you are not able to setup until Saturday morning. If we were to set up the night before they would charge us $1000-1700 more.

What time can we start setting up on Saturday morning? It takes us at least 5 hours to set up a display like we had at Red Deer.

Tammy-
I sent you a PM earlier but got no response back. Anyways I would gladly help set up or even help people bring terrariums and animals in from outside.

We could use a few helping hands as well.
Would you rather set up tables for TARAS (boring), or help Scales Zoo set up their display (new world slavery).

This morning setup will make for a long enough day, but I'm the dummy that's planning to attend the concert the same night. I'm anticipating about a 2 AM wind down from that so you'll all be able to have a little fun at my expense come sunday morning.
Tammy, we are going to try and split shift ourselves so one of us can be helping setup while the other transports our stuff.

Hi we don't have a big fancy set up so once are animals are squared away we would be more then willing to help out. We will have the Okanagan crew there to help out. But you have to bring the coffee cause after the drive it will be maybe five hours of sleep. Is there a Starbucks booth? TB
