I think it means hatchling or something like that i could be wrong
but every new person starts off as that

Welcome to the site! When someone joins, they are a "Neonate" which means a hatchling snake. After you make 50 posts, you will get one star under your name and you will be a "Colubrid". Afterwards, every 100 posts you make, you will gain a star. Once you have five stars, you will be "Venemous". After you make 1000 posts, all your yellow stars will dissapear and you will gain one blue star and every time you make 1000 posts, you will gain another blue star.
