Unhappy Hi everyone

So I am new to the whole snake thing....in fact I haven't even got my snake yet, though I have seen her(At least I was told it was a her). I will be bringing her home in mid august. She is a Brazilian Rainbow Boa and any advice that anyone would have for me is greatly appreciated. She is about 2 1/2 feet long and does the irridescing thing so I can only assume she is not a baby.

A pre-emptive thanks to anyone who has any suggestions

Welcome to sSnakeSs, have you got the snakes set up ready yet? What kind of cage are you planning to use?

Welcome to the site! Humidity is key to the health of this species. I would set up her terrarium at least a few days before to make sure temperatures and humidity are optimal.
