Pacman frogs often go into estivation, a sort of "awake" hibernation where they stop eating for weeks or even months. As long as he's not losing weight, turning dark colors, or showing stress or illness signs I wouldn't worry too much.
If he should start losing weight than get a fecal exam checked and consider taking him to the vet but odds are great he'll be just fine. My Captain Crunch went off food 3-4 times a year throughout his 26 year lifespan and only twice was it a health issue. Once he got impacted on a huge pothos leaf he bit off while bughunting and another time it was parasites. Most of the time he was just chilling for a few weeks and then he'd eat like mad.
