Anyone on here keep alligator snapping turtles?

I dont have one but my friend has one thats 118 pounds. or so he says, but it IS Huge. i wasn't about to pick it up to test it's wieght.lol

mine are only yearlings and are very small still but doing great and eating lots of everything!!

I've always been facinated by alligator snapping turtles, I've had my slider for 13 years(first pet i owned). But the problems i have with the aligators are: they're massive size requires a very custom aquarium and i don't know anywhere to buy them. There is a pet store near me that has but they won't sell it since they claim it gets too big to own... However they have a couple of snakes around the 10ft mark. So i wish i had one but i don't... for now
