Preface: I don't feed her live mice, so no injury possibility of that. This mark hasn't affected her appetite. There's nothing innately sharp or hard in her enclosure.

Welcome to the forum! It looks like a rub spot. Has anything changed in the enclosure? Sometimes rubs are just from exploring and sometimes they're stress related. Keep an eye on the area and watch for spreading. It should heal on its own.
