TGR rack system questions

Hello. I recently purchased a 5-bin rack from TGR Rack Systems. I just wanted to ask if anyone has had experience with this kind of rack before, and what to look out for (I admit I probably should have asked BEFORE ordering the rack...) One question I do need answered is this: do I need a separate thermostat/outlet jack for each bin, or will one be enough? I plan on using HerpStat thermostats, and the racks themselves come with heat tape.

I bought a set of roof rack on ebay for 10bux, and I want to put them on the 4th gen, but I have no hardwares for it, what is the easiest way to do it? except weld couple of nuts on the roof
