Help What is this on my snake?
Today I just went to check on my ball python and found something that looked weird on it’s stomach. Does this look like a burn or maybe scale rot? He is one years old and has a heat mat, maybe the heat mat overheated and burnt him?

The picture is kind of tiny. Is that a small black object or splinter in the belly with some oozing around it?
