Boa ID needed

I just picked this beauty up yesterday. The guy didn't know much about it other then he has had it 2 months and it is a great eater. My question is what kind of red tail is it? The markings on the tail or more of a burnt orange color. The face and some areas in the body have a nice pink color to them. Any help would be great. He told me it is a BCI. Im in need of helping to try and half *** ID it so I know what Im dealing with. Seems well tempered also.
Thanks in advance for the help

Troy

Re: Boa ID needed

You have a Boa imperator (BI), formerly known as a Boa constrictor imperator (BCI). Also known as a common boa.

It is a normal common boa. Not a colombian as who knows what locality it has been mixed with. As far as adult size goes, anywhere from 5-9 feet depending on sex, genetics, and feeding regimen.
