My first, and hopefully not last, "Guess What I got" thread
Soooo.... I caved. I am sure a lot of people on here have been in the same situation. The animal is perfect and you want it... so you get it!! I have been doing research on this species for a couple years now and finally decided to get one.
But what did I get???
Hints (because most people do not know me on here):
1. It is a snake
2. What I would consider them medium sized
Can't wait for someone to guess what it is so I can share the pictures I have of him. Unfortunately I do not actually have him yet. I have been talking with the breeder for about a week now and just sent the money his way today. Now just have to wait for the right day to ship and he is all mine!! I am super excited if you all can't tell
I will post more hints if nobody can guess it!

Great choice A! Carpets are my favorite snakes to keep. Looking forward to those pictures.

Re: My first, and hopefully not last, "Guess What I got" thread
Here are a few of the pics he sent me. The first one has the flash on it and the others are natural light. Sorry for the poor quality. Had to resize all of them and lost some of the resolution.

Can't beat that with a bat! I LOVE his head pattern. Carpets are the complete package when it comes to snakes imho .

Re: My first, and hopefully not last, "Guess What I got" thread
Yea he is a beauty. Glad to have him as my first carpet. His head was one of the selling points for me as well. Can't wait for him to come in.
Thank you all for replying! Enjoyed having the discussion.
