Auxiliary heating option?

Hey folks I haven't written on here in quite a long time. Sorry about that but I have been really busy. I have a large wooden enclosure that is a little difficult to properly heat in the winter. Inside I house a 6 1/2 ft BCC. The tank is homemade about 8 ft long 2 -/2 ft high and 2 ft deep. I have a large RHP covering one third of the enclosure but given the lower temps it is hard to keep the other end a good temp. I was thinking of heat rope or heat tape infer the substrate for the winter months. I need something that will hold well to humidity. I have never used either. I have had different heat mats in the past but they all end up failing. Any suggestions would be great. The floor of the tank is 3/4" laminate wood with a 2 ft storage under the tank.

Thanks
