I currently do not own any snakes as my flat-mate has an intense & unjustified phobia of them. I own 2 guinea pigs, 3 cats, 3 dogs, 4 mice & an old, mean, African grey parrot (way scarier than a snake sometimes).

I also have a 20 gallon aquarium of guppies that I'm looking at adding some dwarf frogs to. I am also looking at getting a small group of fiddler crabs

Yes it's pretty much a giant petting zoo! All are childhood pets or pets of family/friends who pushed them off on me when I decided to move out, haha.

And I'd definitely take a snake over an angry bird any day.
