Aruba Rattlesnake?
Hi, I am new to the sSNAKESs Forum so I am hoping I've posted this in the right section! I am a postgraduate student studying wildlife biology. I am organising a research study on the critically endangered Aruba Rattlesnake (Crotalus unicolor) and I am looking to talk with as many private collectors or breeders that care for these snakes. I will happily provide more information on my research but I am principally looking to collect shed skins.
I am also in talks with American Zoos but I would also like to know of any zoos in Europe, Asia, South America or Australasia that hold this species.
Please spread the word, I am very interested in talking to anyone who owns this species or knows of anyone who does! Many thanks in advance!

I have had them in the past, but currently don't have any. If I can help let me know.

Re: Aruba Rattlesnake?
I found a post on faunaclassifieds from someone who had them, it's a little over a year old but perhaps it would be worth creating an account there and seeing the person still has one or more. See this

If you take a ride on the dirt road out near the dunes near the end of the road before it hits the main road there are low Divi trees. This is not far from the Chapel, check in that area, I almost stepped on one during the day. Aruba had gotten clipped by an extremely rare hurricane and parts of the road out there were washed out and flooded. I was checking the depth of one puddle to see if it was passable with our vehicle. I stepped backwards up to the Divi tree bare foot and heard the snake. I saw the back end of the snake as it was moving deeper in the trees. I have also heard that they are on the hill Mount Jamanota too. I haven't been up there so not sure how accurate this is.
