Cutting plastic???

Whats a good way to cut holes/hide entrances in thick plastic?
Anyone got any good ideas or tools i could use?

I know many ppl - who do it with a "sauder iron" - no idea if that is a word.. (sorry i'm french) .. U know the small metal tool made to fuse together wires and connections...

I works well although .. don't ingest the fumes .. u might like it too much and ake it a habbit!

Personally, I simply use a drill .. make a hole big enough to put a small automatic saw .. and then cut the circle or square out.. sand it down if its rough ..

Hope it helps although I am sure u already knew this..

hi grant you can also get hole saws for your drill it cuts a perfect hole and you can get them in a variety of sizes from like 1"-6'' crapy tire carries a good selection.

I didn't even think about that...i have a hole saw! ...only 3" though...but i'm sure i can make somethin outa it....
