PRICE INCLUDES SHIPPING Feeders only. Although you can request anoles or house geckos, if your request is not available, the other will be shipped, no exceptions. These are feeder quality lizards that can be thin, missing tails, and not meant for pets.

Note: There is no live arrival guarantee on feeder lizards. These are b, c and d grade lizards, meant for feeding, not as pets

So they are saying they can treat these animals like crap just because their going to be feed and your might not get some alive.

First off according to the rules you aren't allowed to have a thread like this.

Secondly they are covering their butt. Shipping live animals is risky and if there is a delay they won't be responsible.

That's right. They probably don't give the guarantee on them because they are feeders, not pets. They won't individually package each lizard that would be a waste of money on supplies. Not only that the amount of feeders being ordered will be too much to cover each animal for a live arrival guarantee.
