Yes, The reds greens blues and yellows (albinos) are all color variations of the green iguana. People started calling them Red iguanas and getting people confused but they are the same species

Red Iguanas are the Mexican locality of the Green Iguana if I remember right. So far as I know though, it is not a morph in the same way that the blues and albinos are.
I believe the red iguana is a morph of the El Salvador green iguana. Or at least this is where they first came from. Not sure if they've been crossed with other localities.
