Finally, after 3-4 weeks of patience with the seller, and reptile express. My new man has arrived. I'll have more pictures tonight

Anything else id be concerned about his health :P
I haven't seen him yet, I'm at work, but the wife says he's pissed, defensive and alert. Good signs.
She said he's already begun burrowing too. I'll try to feed him tonight

Make sure to give it a bath right after you feed it, handle it for an hour to help it get tame, then schedule a vet checkup right away to see if it has parasites.

Re: New arrival
Wayne I died laughing at work!
Oh he is just full of joy. Quite the attitude lol I don't blame him though.
But, like all albigs, food conquers all, he took 4 worms from my tongs, then decided to play it safe, so I left a bowl of night crawlers, about 20 of em, he is getting 20+ a day to get hydration up. He is a bit skinny as well.
He took a rat on the ground too. So that's good, eating, pooped, and pissy, healthy albig.
He did so much hissing, louder and more then the white throat did, I think he ran out of breathe, he was panting almost, for a minute or two. Any ideas?
More updates as he settles in!

I cannot wait to see this guys rate on a proper diet and setup.

Re: New arrival
I will update as we progress.
I honestly thought I had a mean white throat, havin this little guy, proves how far I've come with Parker, truly a good feeling, hot proper box, 2-3 rats a day, plus worms, I have this guy. Who is coming a long nicely.
He was much smaller then this black throat when I got him. 5 months later, I've got a nice size juvi on my hands.
Stay tuned for some good progress, if not completed new monitor tank for the BT
