Not sure about boa shed?

Hi, my name is Austin and I'm new to the forum. I recently purchased a baby sand boa. I noticed today that there appears to be a little shed on the bottom part of his head... like the chin/neck area. Is that normally where a new shed starts? Thanks

Could you get a picture? if not i would just give it a soak and it should come right off.

Chances are its a left over from the last shed. Pictures would definitely help
