Small bump
I know it's not much to go on....
This (speaking of the "pimple-like" bump above her thumbnail) was found (unfortunately by the buyer) on the flank of one of my Red-Tails.. Any ideas?

Re: Small bump
I had a bit of a dig into this and it could be a scar damage from a bite only guessing but that's the only thing that looks similar. I would still like to know for sure so ill keep trying to find out.

Re: Small bump
I appreciate all the input. I'll find out from my customer if it's changed and keep ya posted. Possible broken rib, maybe?
Jen- Yes, definitely under the skin.
Thank again!

Re: Small bump
She'd be in pain with that kind of handling if it was a broken rib I would think. I could be wrong as I am no vet.
If it's a customer who recently got the boa, within a couple days, I would offer up half the vet exam bill as a way to keep things from going to a return.
I personally think it's a cyst or something of that nature.

re broken ribs
as far as i know there's not much can be done for a broken rib...
unless its going to puncture an organ etc, then imo they would operate

Re: Small bump
Well, she's really unhappy. She mentioned that because he is so thin, she hardly believe he a 2012, and she'll know more about the bump once she puts more weight on him. She also mentioned she's "not happy with his goofy nature and how he moves." I asked for clarification of those points.
I am totally devastated by all of this. My first customer and I have totally failed. A complete disaster.
I've again reiterated that I will do whatever needs to be done. Not much more than that I can do now.

Re: Small bump
I just offered a 30-day warranty starting today. If on February 10 she's not completely happy with him, I will provide a full refund.
