These guys were born sometime between Oct. 12 and Oct. 15, I think. I don't know the exact date because I was hospitalized from Sept. 30, till Oct. 25. Yep, these little guys had to wait till I was laid up with a catasrophic injury before they would make their way into this world. Words can't describe my worry for these guys, the last 2 weeks in the hospital. I had a couple people helping with them through this ordeal, and I am ver thankfull for that. When I ariived home, all of this years babies were perfectly set up, exactly how I wanted them.
This third litter turned out to be the best one yet! 20 live, healthy babies, no stills, no slugs. 8 greens, and 12 oddballs. Some are pink, tan, orange, pastel yellow, pastel green. It's going to be fascinating, watching these youngsters mature, and change. No group shots this time, as they were already seperated when I finally got to see them.
