Snake Identification Please
My sisters boy friend found this snake in his back yard this morning and was wondering what it was. We live in Northern New Jersey. Sorry the picture is that great he took it off hi photo. Please help identify this snake please. Thanks!

I live in NJ too  and that is 100% a Brown snake  ive caught one once and kept it for a week.
