Hmmm...What to get Next?

Hi everyone, so I have been thinking of getting another Ball Python for some time now but I still haven't quite decided on what morph to get. All I know is that I want to get another female...preferably "well-started" but it doesn't REALLY matter as I like babies too (OK I LOVE them..) In the future I would like to start breeding once I am fully prepared and everyone is of proper size/age but I do need another female pretty bad as I only have 2, and 4 males :P

I would like to get a female that will produce some nice morphs combined with what I already have but also nice on its own...

What I have:
1.0 Spider
1.0 Het Pied
1.1 Pewter
1.0 Normal
0.1 Pastel

What I have Considered:
Yellow Belly
Fire
Lesser
Mojave
Het Pied (Pastel maybe?)

I know that they are all base morphs but maybe there are some other morphs that can not only be pretty on it's own but also when combining with what I already have? Any suggestion is taken into consideration!

How about pied female so you don't waste the het pied?

I was thinking about that, but it would probably be best to get a pastel or something that is het for pied so at least I will get some pastel babies out of a clutch instead of all normals if I don't quite hit the odds...

25% chance if it's het to het. 50% chance if it's het pied to pied.

Who cares about pastels poss het pied? Go for a sure thing. These are live animals you're dealing with here. You're never sure of anything really and the only thing you can 100% control is what mutations you have in your collection. I'd go with the pied female. If you want crosses like pastel pieds then sell the het pied male and buy a pastel het pied male and a pied female. A much cooler project.

Haha yes I guess you are right. I was originally going to get a pair but I guess the female sold before I could get to it, so I just took the male thinking I would get a female closer down the road. I love the idea of having a pied and even more, a pastel pied so I think I may just have to go with your suggestion. I will most likely have to wait for another Expo but I think it will be worth the wait at this point. Thanks Aaron!
