Feeding video of our Burm, Malaki
I can't remember how to embed videos. I used to know the trick but can't find how to do it now. Sorry.
I took some video of Malaki eating Tuesday and edited it down to most of the action. To answer some questions ahead of time, Malaki is about 7' long or a little longer, the rabbit was about 3 pounds and it took about 20-25 minutes from beginning to end. I strongly recommend turning the volume down. I video is great but the stock music sucks.

That's the BEST shot of the glottis that I have ever seen. Well done, my friend.

Excellent video even if the music was a little hypnotic

Great video. I have a burm just under 6.5 feet. Wonder when I should jump to rabbits

Malaki was about 6'-6" when he started eating small rabbits (1-2 pounds) and a XXXL rat. Now at about 7' he eats one medium (2-3 pounds) rabbit and it's perfect for him. He has to work for it but he always gets it down. I'd definitely suggest starting yours on rabbits now.

Re: Feeding video of our Burm, Malaki
My only issue is this damn guy won't take frozen. I have a guy in town that will sell me 1.2-2lb rabbits for 6 bucks. Figured I wouldn't feed him for 2 weeks then try a rabbit out

Please don't put a live rabbit in with your burm. Try fresh killed, or at least stunned. A rabbit can quickly - like in the blink of an eye - cause SERIOUS if not FATAL injuries to your snake.
