Herp-themed collections anyone?

Saw this on the sand boa keepers page on facebook....

Does anyone do any herp related collecting? Such as snake themed knick-knacks, or lizard skulls (i know there was a great skull post on here at one point) or frog jewelry or something?

I think it's a great idea. I've started getting into snake jewerly...only have some cheapo stuff right now, but I'd love to get some cool bling!
Snakes and basset hounds. Someday I'll have a whole house full of snakes and basset hounds....right now there's still room so it's only mostly full of snakes, and one basset *lol*

I have a few dried reptiles or reptile parts. I wouldn't really call it a collection, though, as they're used for educational purposes.

Re: Herp-themed collections anyone?

Used to have a whole collection of dead animals preserved in alcohol with a fair amour of reptiles and amphibians. I also collected animal skulls, furs and dried feet.

Re: Herp-themed collections anyone?

one of my roomates friends has a cobra in a bottle with some kind of liquid and other stuff. I only saw it once last year but it was pretty cool.

Hmm while cleaning my room i discovered that as a kid I never stuck my stickers, i saved them so you could say i have a collection of reptile and amphibian stickers :P

I've got some not quite so family friendly posters from WOAH and I'll be buying some more WOAH gear once I get a new job.

I used to collect skulls and angel figurines. But then I lost everything and haven't really gotten into anything aside from all my animals.
