Pics of new baby!
Here is the little guy I have been talking about.... I am told it is Queensland x Diamond....
I dont know much about breeding so im not too sure if this is what it should look like, I could not find any pics of the cross on google.
What ever the case, it is quite a gentle creature, my first experience with snakes is a joy up to now

Re: Pics of new baby!
i'm assuming its a coastal x diamond then mate ?
coastal carpets are found throughout the coastal queensland area in australia
coastal carpet pythons (morelia spilota mcdowelli) x diamond python (morelia spilota spilota)
its a very unusual colour in the first 2 pictures (i like)
a full body shot would be nice,so we could see his full pattern
nice carpet
cheers shaun

Re: Pics of new baby!
Nice looking Carpet.
All theses people showing their new Carpets is now making me think my next one will be a Carpet of some kind instead of another BP.

Re: Pics of new baby!
Very pretty carpet. Its tough to tell exactly what carpets are just by looking at them with all the cross breeding that has been done with them. You'd have to know the parent's lineage to know for sure. Either way you have a beautiful carpet that is gonna be a pretty adult. Its so cool to watch them change as they get bigger.
