Schatzi's Coming Back Home Today
Great news! Im getting Schatzi, my amel corn back today! The guy I sold her to is just giving her back to me since His son is not interested like he thought he would be. Id much rather take her back than find her on Craigslist anyway. For those of you who dont know what she looks like Ive attached her pic.

She is a beauty. I am very happy that they are giving her back to you! If I was ever to sell one of my pets I would hope that person would do the same for me. I would always take them back.

Re: Schatzi's Coming Back Home Today
She's 6 yrs old and I originally got her from a breeder that hatched her himself. She is proven with at least one clutch of eggs so who knows? Maybe in the future...

Awe.. So pretty.. It's always nice to get your animals back (well nicer than finding out they gave it away or something)

Re: Schatzi's Coming Back Home Today
Thank you all very much. After selling her it felt different not having her around so I resolved, since all my snakes are pets to me, I will keep them all for as long as they live. Now that vow includes her. She's going nowhere.

Re: Schatzi's Coming Back Home Today
The lighting inside the house is not conducive to good pics plus she's going into shed but I did manage to get a couple of pics of her on top of one of her logs. Btw, the pepsi shells on top is a way for me to keep the cats out.

Re: Schatzi's Coming Back Home Today
Thank you. When I originally got her, my plan was to breed her with a bloodred stripe I had at the time. He got sick and died on me though so those plans went out the window. This and the fact that I needed to come up with the $100 to pay for Mick and Sheila was why I sold her to begin with. Breeding is still an option for me if I find the right male but like all my other snakes, breeding is a bonus. It doesnt have to happen. What matters more is that I got her back.
