Mite Update.

So i thought i had mites, well, she didnt show any signs of having mites, ... she never soaked and all taht, well i did see some little bugs on her and she does have black around her eyes but she still is never soaking... i just want to be clear on this.. any help is awesome!

Pick one of the little black bugs off. Squeeze it between your thumb and forefinger, if it leaves a little red streak it is reptile mites. Not all snakes will soak when they have mites. My RTB did not soak at all.

ok, thanks. if i can get one ill try it. like i said, they all are around the eyes it appears...

Sounds like mites. I'd get some nix.
Check the cloaca.

I'd follow Stephans advice and get some nix and do a treatment just incase. (search nix fix on the forums) It lasts a year anyways, and isn't expensive. Better to be safe with sorry, and it is mites you want to nab them asap.
