"Wound" As talked about in Shedding information thread
This is the photo of the type of wound that Khan has had in the past, The brown piece that is there is almost a scab and comes off. I thought it was ticks or something but if you get the piece to insppect it, it just looks like a scab like you or I would have on a cut.
Any thoughts? Please read the other thread too. I want some help

Re: "Wound" As talked about in Shedding information thread
Leading off from the "scab" is a kinda scaggy line - looks like he may have scagged himself on something??
Our monitor caught is belly on a splinter of wood if his substrate and left a similar mark - after one nice shed it was gone but maybe yours is slightly deeper and needs a couple of sheds to clear it completely? Snakes can have multiple sheds close together in order to heal themselves.

Nothing fell on him 100 percent. At the time when he got this wound the tank looked like this. Very simple. just sand and water. The heating pads are on the bottom... It has changed alot since then> I took everything out, cleaned it throughly and still he has one now. Unless this is an old wound that is still healing. I didnt notice it when I got him a month and half ago...

my best guess is that it was just an old wound that you didn't notice. it's possible it could have been a slow healing wound as well. either way, it doesn't look like a bad wound and should not leave any permanent damage or scaring.

Re: "Wound" As talked about in Shedding information thread
Good, so this is most likely the reason for his shedding so close together. Should I be worried he hasnt eaten? Should I try once his eyes clear up or wait longer til he sheds? Its been about month and half since he has eaten. I tried about a week ago today to get him to eat.
