My diamond x jungle.
Happy Valentines Day to me. Just got my Valentines gift from my lovely wife today. A 75% diamond x 25% jungle carpet. Best V-day gift i ever gotten. Always wanted a Diamond python but the prices are more than i could ever pay for a snake. I wasn't sure about getting across because i seen one that look nothing at all like Diamonds. But this snake is the best of both. So here's some pictures. marvelfreak 070.jpg

Re: My diamond x jungle.
Wow! Congrats. All I got for Valentine's was a box of chocolates that came a few days late.
That's a gorgeous snake, and remember that diamonds change color and their pattern develops as they mature, so it should be even more gorgeous as it ages. Hatchling diamonds look the same as any other carpet pretty much, but they start getting those incredible diamond patterns in about a year I think and get better up to adulthood. Best of luck with him/her! You're so lucky!

That would be a good name. I been trying to come up with something to do with diamonds or valentine.

With 5 kids to buy for we don't get each other anything for christmas. So at Valentine we go overbroad. She got a recliner she's been wanting. The price on this beauty was sweet only $199.99 at LLLreptiles plus shipping. That's the cheapest i ever seen on any kind of diamond. I need to get some more pics after she settles in. (I think it a she) in the sun light her colors pop.

Re: My diamond x jungle.
She a eating machine. My feed day was the day after i got her so i figure i try giving her a rat fuzzie. In under a minute of dropping it in the cage she was on it. After she was looking around like she wanted more so i go to drop a nouther one in an she nail it in the air before it was half way to the cage floor. It was so fast i didn't even see her more. I never seen any snake move this fast. It was so wicked.

Re: My diamond x jungle.
Well finally got some in the sunlight plus she just shed. She might have the bands of a jungle but, she got the color of a diamond. I love how the light yellowish bands turn white in the sun and the yellow inbetween pops. snakefreak 090.jpg
