Re: hi guys new pseudechis colletti
Cheers mate. They eat mice and rats readily in captivity. They can reach 2.4 meters bout usually 1.8. They are very eay to keep dont need lots of humidy just temps of 30-32 degrees celcius at the hot end and 24 cool end so very easy.

Wow, that is really cool- I've never heard that scientific name before; what's its common name?

Re: hi guys new pseudechis colletti
cheers, its common name is collett's black snake. The orange eventually goes a blood red which is just as stunning. The parents of this guy were awesome looking, one of them was blood red pattern and the other was the same orange as this one. Both the parents were 10 years old so this one should hold strong patterns for the entirity of its life.

That is one sweet looking snake. I love the eyepopping colors. Kind of looks like a sand boa, but the colors a lot brighter. Can we see some more pictures? Please! That is just so cool looking.

Re: hi guys new pseudechis colletti
hi sorry again for the pics but they are all i took as its still settling in, so dont want to stress it out too much. These snakes are good bluffers, just had a few thrash strikes as a warning and some puffing, hes just trying to make himself feel bigger than he is
