bedding for corn snake...

so ive had my corn snake, steve, for about 4 months now or so and want to change his bedding. what do you think i should use? i really like what i have my ball python using witch is cypress bedding can i use that for a corn snake on the back of the bag it says "good" for a corn snake... also i want to take the repti carpet out of my gecko cage, what do u think would be good for him? hes about 3 inches long now head to toe ish thanks guys

Yes you can use cypress mulch for a corn snake. Generally most people use aspen as corns do not require a high humidity, but cypress mulch is just fine.

I've used orchid bark for years and seems to really suit my corn, particularly as he's natural colours. Some people say it holds too much humidity but I didn't really have a problem.

At the moment I'm using something similar to aspen (not sure what it is, its a generic wood bark suitable for reptiles that I picked up at a show) and its good but I think its too light and doesn't suit the viv decor.
