i need help identifying this baby snake..

hello everyone
my dads friend caught a snake, and let me take care of it? its just a baby.. but i need to know what type it is exactly. im guessing its a brown dekay's snake.
but hes so small that its hard to tell.

Looks like it, it has the same head...wait for it to get a little bit bigger and then it should be a little easier to tell.

Yeah it's a dekay snake. The fact it is so little kind of gives it away. Just remember you're not supposed to keep native animals to Ontario without permits.
