Diamond Jaguars hatching!!!

First off sorry no pics Grrrrrrrrr! Camera battery is dead died as I went to take the first pic DOH! Anyway its day 54 & I though I may have some pippers, boy was I wrong a whole wahck of babies hatched already! Its hard to tell but I see at least 4 Jaguars in there so far I'm thinking. Very exciting & yes I will get some pics. These will be 50% Diamond 50% Coastal Babies. Step one in producing Diamond Jaguars Woo Hoo! I have been waiting a long time for this as I refused to powerfeed & breed my female early. I could have done so & did this 2 years ago, but decided I should do it right or not at all. Also for those purists don't get your panties in a bunch, a Diamond male was used & the Diamond female was used to make "pure" Diamonds. So despite these "mutts" I am still keeping it real as well. P.S. Coastal Jaguar female was produced in Germany by Precision. THX to Don P. for helping bringing her in for me quite a while back now.

Well no pics yet blame Kyle LOL he hasn't emailed them to me yet. He was over last night with his new camera & took a whack of them. Anyway heres some tidbits about them. I had 31 eggs to start with & "lost" a dozen. 18 of the 19 remaining eggs hatched. 19th egg had a dead full term Jaguar in it DOH! So anyhow 18 eggs hatched but I got 20 babies There were 2 sets of twin sibs So 6 Jaguars (looks like 4.2) & 14 siblings total. FYI there will be no Diamond Jaguars for sale as all are currently spoken for unless something changes. THX Mark
