spectacled caiman

finally, my first crocodilian. i got this cute little guy at the reptile expo today. i got a good deal on him because i bought 2 snakes with him and he had a little chunk missing from his tail. im sure its not enough to bother him so it doesnt bother me. right now hes super sweet, i could pet his teeth if i wanted to and i know he wont stay that way and thats fine with me. what is the best diet for this little guy? i dont trust feeder fish due to parasites. i keep reading that insects have too hard of an exoskeleton for them, are any bugs ok? also what about nature zone bites. for example there are nature zone monitor/tegu bites and turtle bites. alot of different things like that that seem to have alot of good stuff in it. iv used the turtle bites and beardie bites. they are rather adicting to the animals so i bet the caimain might like them too. any other info would be great, thanks
