My pm box is messed up and I need help please?

My name on here is frilledguy and I cant accept pms for some reason. I keep getting email notifications telling me that my box is full. Could you please help me with this?

Sure, first set your "show messages from" in your private message box to "the beginning." Delete any old messages that you don't need. Second, go into your "Sent Items" folder of your private messages, and do the same. Delete any old messages that you don't need. Hope that helps.

check your sent files or any other folders you may use..I THINK you can only have 70 messages total

Thanks for the info but I tried it. I only have 2 messages in my whole profile........ It just wont let me accept anymore.
