Im pretty sure thats a hoax. I could be wrong, but if it is real, I think the snake would have died anyway from the oversized meal.

well first the snake in the picture is a retic. And yes it was a hoax but only the part that it was a man. I have seen the same pictures on another site where it was a wild pig or somthing on those lines

I think it was a pig that was eaten, not a guy. But if you ask me, if you can fit a pig in there, it could as well be a man.
I have no doubt that an adult retic can eat a man. A simple loop around the shoulders
would solve the problem, just like they do with chicken.

I have seen that pic many times, (I thought retics were like old world boas or new world or something I get all confused in that area so I am probably TOTALLY wrong, lol) I belive it. Retics get big enough to eat a small human, and who knows what could happen out there. lol

Retics don't belong in the general boa forum either, or maybe it's just blood pythons that don't belong in the general python forum!! Hmmm!!

In the first two pics it almost looks like it was pumped full of air. Can you not usually see a good outline of the prey if it is stretching the skin out that much?
Then the third pic could be a kid that some how made it half way into a huge retic and stuck his feet in the other end. lol
Take a pic and it looks like he was in there.
lol
