Finding rhombifer would be absolutely awesome! I wouldn't hold your breath though. I've never been to Cuba (or anywhere else around there) but I think all the different anoles and Sphaerodactylus would be fun. Some of them are rather interesting. I'd definitely recommend getting a Cuban (or Caribbean) field guide if you haven't yet.
