Robust, not fat.....
This is one of our male dumerils.
And this is one of our females. They are both around 3 feet. Neither one of them like to be called fat, they prefer robust. We can't believe how big these guys are getting.

We actually have another pair that have been introduced already. We have seen some interest and have our fingers crossed. With any luck we will have babies next spring. These two will not be introduced until next year or maybe the year after.

Hmmm.... something else to add to the wish list... LOL
From what I've read, these guys stay slightly smaller than the common or redtailed boas, right?

Yep, they do stay around 6 feet but have been known to grow larger. They tend to be very stocky snakes. Also, their temperments are great and ours are wonderful eaters.
