4ft Blood python Hides???

Just wondering what everyone uses for hide boxes for adult bloods, my two are about 4 and 4.5ft long. currently they are in 40" long rubbermaids and I just black out the last third of the tub with heavy coloured paper on the outside. But they are soon going into new cages that this will not be possible (reptic plastic 48x24x14)..

Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated greatly!

I don't use hides with my Borneos, but one of my big Boas needs them. I give her two of the large kitty litter pans. They would fit most adult Bloods perfectly

Yeah, thats what im picking up in the next couple days. Two of my bloods are in dark rubbermaids with small windows cut into the top though. So its already dark in there.

I think I'll get some of the kitty litter pans just incase they look a little stressed after moving them to the new cages. Just in case! thanks for all the advise.

if u have him in a custom, u can make a shelf, which he will hide under... this works well.. other then that a big piece of cork bark or best choice is kitty litter box

Big Pieces of Cork Bark Cost ALOT, and I've never seen one big enough for an adult blood to hide under.

All the cork I've seen that might work would just crumble if one of my bloods got on top of it too! Good theory though, and it would look a lot nicer!, I might try to get some flat cork and cover a kitty litter box!
