Someone was recently telling me a story. They had a beaded lizard in a Rubbermaid they were transporting, so he asked if he could touch it. So he just reached his hand close to the tip of the animal, which seemed to just sit their not moving, and the thing whipped around and supposedly came pretty close to his hand.

I’m assuming they are all aggressive.

Hi,

So far I've worked with 1 specimen in regards to Beaded Lizards, but I've also taken care of 8 Gilas. As far as the beaded went, I found it to act pretty much the same as the gilas. The only difference was physical. The beaded was massive compared to any gila I've ever seen. So we had to approach handling with more caution. But everything else was the same, diet, temperature, habitat, temperment, etc..

Again, my experience is with only 1 animal, but I found no real difference between the two types.
