LOL unless you know a vet that performs spaiding/nudering on geckos I think your SOL. LOL Your definitely going to get eggs. The question is do you know anyone that can incubate them for you, or do you want to keep them and start breeding yourself? Either way you should have some form of moist chamber of vermiculite or moss for her to lay eggs in.
If you wanted you could put the eggs in some kind of small low-vented container in a corner of your tank and make sure it stays moist (same thing vermiculite or moss) and hope for the best. You might luck out and get hatchlings, tho the odds are very slim. (you need to keep the humidity very high for the eggs for 1-3 months, depending on the tanks temp in that corner) and the temp must stay above 80°F at all times, never any lower.
There are designs for incubators all over the Internet if your curious. I bet a few members have some schematics they could share

Bummer that you have a male. 2 Males will definitely fight (I hada mixup one time and accidentally put one of my males in the wrong tank....with the other male. B A D)
If you had 2 females then no prob, and no breeding.
You could just throw the eggs out if you wanted, but its kindof a waste I guess.

I would. Even if I wasn't breeding, I would want my leo to have company. The eggs will be unfortunate losses, but I think the company will be much appreciated. No one said you "had" to breed geckos. I know I had a friend that had Leo's and he didn't even know what the eggs were at first LOL threw them out. LOL I think he tought they were large terds or something. I told him different, but it was funny.
How old was your Leo anyways?? Got a pic?? and are you sure of the sex?

I'm not the best at it but I think between 6-8 months you should be able to tell.
