I was thinking about sinking some $ into a pair of boas, and was thinking about morphs. I don't know much about the morphs yet, so I figured I would turn here.
I also haven't set an amount, as I am looking to buy babies, one at a time, so I can look around and find what I would really like.
Salmons are a great way to start, especially if you get a super clean salmon male and a few of the nicest normal females you can find. Select the normal females for high pink, and you'll end up with killer salmons. That's the great thing about salmon boas - it's co-dominant, so all you need is one male, and he can stud several litters of salmons.
If you're looking to spend a pretty penny, get a salmon and an albino. This could run you as high as $2500, but then you'll have Salmons het albino (in other words, DH Sunglow), and normals het for albino. You'd make your money back in one breeding for sure.
