Went to Ottaea this weekend and stoped by little rays he has the largest snake i have ever seen nice displays as well every one who is thinking of getting a large snake should stop in and look at what they my have in five years .Here is hunter she is five years old and 19.75' and 240 lbs. to big for me lol hope this helps those that are thinking of geting a giant pet There are lots of people that have retics That can house them and look after them but alot of people take them in thinking that they can to find out later that they cant think first

The biggest Retic I've personally seen was 19ft. also. That was a few years ago in St. Catharines, Ont. . It belonged to a biologist whom had just died. We went to his house with a friend of his to feed all his snakes. Great shot.

Watching Hunter eat a goat is probably one of the coolest things I've seen! I hope to get to Little Rays in two weeks or so, when Matt_K, chappy and Melly come to visit me...(they're just saying that so they can go to little rays though )

Wow! Nice snake! Really big though, lol!
At least this is realistic and a photo is included... comparing to one other thread about a 23' Giant African Rock Python...

For sheer impressiveness, Bob Clarks Fluffy takes it. Last I had heard she was 310lbs. That's only 90lbs off the world record (to my knowledge anyway). That weigh in was a few years ago.

He is definately a she. Hunter is offered food every Saturday at 1 pm (in case anyone is interested in dropping by). She doesn't take food every week, but if she doesn't usually the afrocks will. Food items vary..rabbits, goats, large fowl etc...

The one at reptilias name is reggie and she is about 21' and well over 200lbs.
They now have another retic a male that is around 16' and recently ate 4 7.5lbs rabbits during his last feeding.
They feed their retics every sunday at 1 pm if you wanna check it out.

Fluffy is a dream snake. Big and tame. The one i posted is over 25', i believe. She's kept at Australia Zoo and is gotta be one of the largest tame ones around, these days. Name's Worm.
