incubating eggs

Hi i'm reatively new to breeding and i have successfully hatched 10 out of 12 eggs from my leos but my one female leo layed a pair of eggs quite late in the season and it has now been 48 days since they have been layed and they have still have not hatched although i'm incubating a little lower than the last this pair at around 85 degrees give or take 1 degree and the other ones at about 88 to 90 degrees and they all hatched on day 36 or 37. So could this pair of eggs be infertile? because i thoght if the eggs are infertile they would start to cave in or rot.

You can expect leo eggs to go 60 days without being late. Lower temps do make for longer incubation times. I incubate at 82 F or so, and don't expect to see any smiling faces in the incubator for at least 55 days, most likely 60. One of my patternless albinos hatch at 84 days (incubated at 81-83 F), a good 2 weeks after her clutchmate hatched.

An added note the lower temps 80-83 you will get females 84-86 both and 87-90 you will get males or possibly aggressive females. Also dragon drop is right lower temps the longer they take to hatch the higher temps the quicker. But you really don't want to go over 90 or you can kill the eggs.

I never throw eggs out until i know 120% that they are bad.
